Where to start.... Eileen is amazing! Our trip (30+ in the group) could have very well been a disaster. Cancelled two years in row due to Covid. So many arrangements made, cancelled, and then rearranged due to dates etc. Eileen was with us every step of the way. Outstanding communication, coordination, etc. COVID restrictions, requirements a nightmare but Eileen handled EVERYTHING!
